STATUTE OF THE ASSOCIATION FOR THE PROMOTION OF OLD CRAFTS AND CULTURE “WICI”

CHAPTER I

General Provisions

§ 1

The Association is called the Association for the Promotion of Old Crafts and Culture “Wici”. It may use the abbreviated name “Wici Association” and hereinafter referred to as the Association. It operates under the Act – Law on Associations and the provisions of this statute.

§ 2

The registered office of the Association is in the city of Bełchatów.

§ 3

  1. The Association operates within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
  2. In order to achieve its statutory objectives, the Association may also operate outside the country, in accordance with the laws of the respective countries.

§ 4

The Association has legal personality. It is established for an indefinite period.

§ 5

The Association cooperates with domestic, foreign, and international non-governmental organisations and other institutions. It may be a member of such organisations while maintaining full autonomy.

§ 6

  1. The Association is based on the voluntary work of its members. In order to carry out its activities, it may employ members of the Association and the Management Board as well as external employees under employment contracts, civil law contracts, or B2B transactions.
  2. The Association may establish offices. The Management Board of the Association establishes and closes offices by resolution. A resolution establishing an office shall specify its location, purpose, and the person responsible for the office.

§ 7

The Association conducts business activity in accordance with applicable regulations. It may conduct such activity outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, in accordance with local law. Business activity may only be ancillary to the Association’s statutory (public benefit) activities.
