The 2018 reenactment season is officially open! Our first festival this year was the spring picnic at Jomsborg Vikings’ fort in Warsaw. There were plenty of attractions – demonstrations of old crafts took place, and brave warriors struggled in honour and treason fighting games. In this spring atmosphere, our association invited the visitors to join us in weaving with plants and wool on simple weaving frames everyone can do from branches. We hope that the new generation of weavers is coming soon 🙂
